EL POLLO LOCO SHREDDED BEEF BIRRIA & SHRIMP TACOS

I saw that @elpolloloco introduced Birria to their menu and naturally I had to give it a whirl.

I ordered up the Birria Box which comes with 2 crispy shredded beef tacos with cheese, cilantro, and onions along with a side of consume and chips. I also grabbed one of their new baja shrimp tacos and a couple churros.

The birria was better than I expected and I dug the the crispy tacos they served it in. The Baja Shrimp tacos came in a soft corn tortilla with seasoned shrimp, a cream sauce and cabbage slaw and Those churros…….excellent.
