TACO DAY 1035

TACOS WITH FAMILY

Yesterday, Shannon and I drove up to Burbank to have some tacos with our friends Kathy, Nick , Maria, and Paige and this time we brought the taco slaying to them.

First I whipped up a round of beef Tenderloin tacos with a homemade chimichurri sauce on some cheese crusted flour tortillas.

Then we served up a garlic shrimp taco with bell peppers, onions, a spicy cream, cilantro an a huge spoonful of Esperanza’s homemade guacamole. Also on a cheese crusted flour tortilla

For dessert, Nick supplied some killer sweets in the form of chocolate tarts, apricot awesomeness, and peanut butter chocolate mini cakes that unfortunately didn’t get photographed because I was too busy eating them up!
