CARNE ASADA TACOS
Perhaps this is the perfect grill and chill meal.
First I whipped up a solid homemade charred salsa that way I could snack on chips and salsa while I cooked up the rest.
I wrapped a few halved jalapenos in bacon and stuffed them full of aged cheddar and got them cooking. Next I seasoned up a few Cobbs of corn and cooked those up also in the oven.
Lastly, I grilled up a couple pounds of seasoned flap meat and piled the steak into a flour tortilla with a bacon wrapped jalapeno, cilantro, onion and salsa before pouring in a little drizzle of @humboldt_hotsauce Classic Habanero-Mango hot sauce.
