CHICKEN & STEAK TACOS WITH FRESH SALSAS
I wanted to make some super basic tacos with some left over meat I had but figured I should make a couple salsa to top them off with.
The first salsa was a tomatillo, serrano verde variety while the second was a super classic pico de gallo type.
The tacos themselves was also simple. 2 chicken and 2 steak tacos, each with copious amounts of cilantro, red onions, and each with base layer of a chipotle spicy cream sauce acting as this tacos “meat glue”.
No extra hot sauces just tortillia , meat, and salsa and MAN was it was delicious.
