TACO DAY 663/1000


Sometimes you smoke a nice brisket and other times you grill up some delicious meats but it was time to clear out the fridge again and leftover tacos were for dinner.

On an a warmed @elcomalproducts flour tortilla I rested an over-easy easy-going eggy next to some chopped up carne asada and solid lathering of salsa. This taco was finished off with a spoonful of homemade habanero sauce, cilantro followed by crushed queso fresco.
