TACO DAY 665/1000

Naturally Shannon got to pick the Mothers day Taco for dinner and she picked one of her all time favorites, breaded and fried fish tacos.

Unfortunately we didn’t have any panko crumbs so my ingenious wife crushed up Ritz crackers and made that work. I mixed together green cabbage, red cabbage, cilantro, broccoli slaw, and tomato with the juice of some maderinequats and limes for unique slaw. I also whipped up a homemade tarter sauce and spicy fish sauce.

All that deliciousness would go on a flour tortilla cooked with spicy red oil. First a layer of tarter sauce followed by the slaw, the fish and a tasty drizzle of @tigersauceofficial
would go over the top before a sprinkling of cilantro, red bell peppers, and green onions.

Such a wicked good taco!
