Carnitas Tacos and Ramen

I’ve officially purged my fridge of left over meats after this meal and that’s an accomplishment all in itself. For these tacos I stacked some carnitas over a super cheesed up tortilla with cilantro, queso, pickled red onions and copious amounts of super tasty @melindasfoods Trinidad Moruga Scorpian hot sauce. 🔥 I repeated that for the Raman and holy smokes the family loved it.
