GRILLED STEAK CHIMICHURRI TACOS

Grilled up a few new york steaks last night for the family and turned my steaks into TACOS!!! Naturally.

Along for the @charbroilgrills ride was a foil pouch of seasoned onions that would act as the bedding for these simple concoctions and a flour tortilla would be our mattress. After dicing up the steak I returned it to a pan and tossed it in its own juices before making its way to the taco. Next I drizzled in a chimichurri sauce followed by some sweet heat courtesy of @yellowbirdsauce Sriracha and fished this taco of with some queso crumbles.
