Sweet Ground Beef Tacos

Yesterday I came across some sweet Hawaiian flour tortillas from @missionfoodsus and I had to give them a try.

I opted to make a simpler taco that really complimented the tortillas and sweet Korean ground beef would go perfect with them. After making a Sriracha cream I “glued” the meat to sweet tortillas and stacked in some lime soaked cucumbers, shredded carrots, cilantro and a single slice of jalapeno that was almost too big for the taco.

These turned out insane! So much flavor in such a small package.
