TRITIP CHIMICHURRI TACOS
It has been a long while since I’ve made a tritip and I figured it was time. On to the grill went a little 3lb’r for about 50 min. In the mean time mixed up a corn tortilla masa and chopped up some cilantro, parsley, green onions, and made a chimichurri sauce to spread on the tritip. Once the meat was ready I chopped up a few choice pieces and placed them in a pool of guacamole. A heap of red onions and a massive pile of the super fresh chimichurri was placed over the meat and some queso fresco was dusted in. The taco was complete with a solid drizzling from the @mariesharpsusa Original Habanero Pepper Sauce…. SO freaking tasty.
