BIG BREAKFAST TACOS

I’ve always liked breakfast for dinner and breakfast tacos for dinner are even better. These tacos were PACKED full of breakfast meat but the tortillas were next level.

First I cracked an egg into a non stick skillet and placed a tortilla directly over it. Next I covered the tortilla in pepper jack cheese and let it melt while the egg cooked then flipped it to let the cheese crisp up. Once ready I lathered up the egg side of the tortilla with a spicy mayo spread and shoveled some breakfast chorizo sausage in. I covered the meat with fresh tomatoes,  cilantro, onions, queso, and bacon before finishing this taco with several drops of my buddy @yatescomedy craft brewed @hahahotsauce !!
