GNARLY CARNE ADOBADA TACOS and TOTS!
Made dinner solo last night and it got a little gnarly. It started off with some KILLER flour tortillas and melted habanero cheese to one side before dropping in some pinto beans. I picked up some pre seasoned carne adobada and grilled that up in the cast iron before laying it in there next to the pintos. Next to the carne sat a generious helping of @yucatanguac and above this epic trio I dropped in some grilled red onions and cilantro. I finished this taco off with @mariesharpsusa Habanero Pepper Sauce and repeated the whole process on the tots. Sooooo fraking tasty.
