Chicken Taquitos & Sweet Burnt end tacos
Left overs are like the our past selves reaching out and saying “no need to cook tonight big guy, we got this” and last night it was a freaking taco smorgasbord.
First up was the last of the brisket Burnt ends. I only had a little left but I wanted to build up a sweeter asian style taco. On a flour tortilla I dropped in the meat, some cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, and doused it in @hi_spice . Yum
The next tacos were of the rolled variety. With some shredded chicken we had I rolled up some fatties with @elcomalproducts corn tortillas and fried them up. 😋 I covered them in @yucatanguac , cheese, and cilantro with a little side of sour cream. Naturally I also drizzled @hi_spice all of these crisp rollies.
