TACO DAY 694/1000
It took us 3 days of brisket tacos but we finally killed it with these delicious little ladies.
First i dripped a little spicy red oil to hot non stick pan and rubbed a fresh @elcomalproducts corn tortilla all up in it until it becomes completely moistened with oil. After a couple flip flops on the pan I gently laid down some Oaxaca queso and let it slowly melt to the corn tortilla.
Just as soon as the queso was ready, I placed the hot brisket meat ontop followed by a scoop of beans and guacamole (@yucatanguac ). Next I splashed in a handful of cilantro, a few onions, and as she was about finished I gave her the spicy salsa macha treatment.
