CARNITAS & ANAHEIM CHILE CON QUESO TACOS

On these wickedly green nopales infused corn tortillas sits a hot mountain of slow cooked carnitas. Over the top of the seasoned pork sits a chopped up Anaheim chile that we stuffed with Oaxaca queso and broiled to a finish leaving the chile soft and the cheese melted. . These tacos are finished off with pickled red onions, cilantro and @mariesharpsusa Habanero.
