TODOS SANTOS CRISPY PORK BELLY TACOS
Shannon and I found ourselves in Rancho Santa Margarita yesterday and tried out a top reviewed local spot, Todos Santos.
We were the very first customers of the day and the restaurant staff was super friendly as they were setting up. The chips and salsa had an unsuspecting spice to it that I really dug.
As for the tacos, I ordered up the crispy pork belly appetizer that came with a round of tortillas. Thing is, I’ve been making pork belly for the last few months I wanted to try out somebody else’s version of it. The pork belly was just as labeled, crispy, and it had a different but still tasty flavor. The dish came with pinto beans, roasted jalapenos and red onions and a killer chipotle cream sauce.
