TACO DAY 703/1000


We whipped a pretty tasty shrimp taco last night. Shannon pan seared some shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce while I whipped up a pretty tasty citrus slaw. The slaw was a mixture of cabbage, broccoli, carrots, fresh Orange juice, lime juice, a little rice vinegar and cilantro.

For the base of these tacos we used the awesome flour tortillas from @elcomalproducts.

Then to top the taco off, I made a killer batch of creamy serrano sauce as recommended by Travis from @thespicysister.ca . This recipe is available in the @mikeyvshotsauce book on page 49 and it was an absolutely great addition.
