EL RANCHITO TACOS & TRUCKS

Yesterday was the monthly @socal_tacosandtrucks meet at one of my favorite local spots @ranchitoelsinore and my buddy, Ray,  invited me down to check it out.

We showed up just after the event started and it was popping off. There were trucks of all shapes, sizes, models and years. It was very cool but I really came for one thing, the tacos.

While my family filled their bellies with burritos I opted for 5 of their best tacos. 2 al pastor, 1 Chicharrón and 2 hardshell chicken tacos. Even with how packed the place was, my food came out just as perfect as when the owner personally made our food last time with an almost empty restaurant. I guess that’s what you expect when a place has been around for over 30 years.
