HOLY VOODOO CARNE ASADA TACOS

With just me eating tonight I opted to whip up a couple fairly simple tacos for dinner and of course by “a couple of fairly simple tacos” i mean a whole platter….

With the steak I simply seasoned it with the holy Voodoo from @meatchurch and piled that into a few small corn tortillas with melted jack on them. Next I added in chopped cilantro, red onions, and a slice of this huge avocado I picked up at the farmers market. Finally I cranked the heat up with @magohotsauce ghost pepper before devouring the killer plate of deliciousness.
