TACO DAY 731/1000


Last night I whipped up a solid round of golden fried tacos. This process of making tacos is one of the most interesting things that I’ve learned on this taco journey.

The idea is to place raw seasoned ground beef into a tortilla and fry it until the meat is cooked and the tortillas are crispy. Once my tacos are fried up I dust the outsides in parmesan before I add in all the toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, cilantro and for these tacos copious amounts of @cholulahotsauce …
