MANGO HABANERO ADOBADA TACOS
Shannon’s habanero plants are popping off right now so I’ve been trying put them to use as often as possible.
For these tacos I whipped up a pretty gnarly mango and habanero salsa. With a 1 large mango, 6 heirloom tomatoes, 2 fresno peppers, a 1/4 red bell, a couple habaneros, red onion, cilantro and a little salt I chopped and mixed it all together. We then let the salsa chill together while I popped on outside to grill up the meat.
With the salsa made and the meat cooked up we piled everything into some flour tortillas I picked up earlier at the Belky Meat Market. Then I dabbed a little @mariesharpsusa
