TACTICALORIES FRIED CHICKEN TACOS
Brought a whole lot of deliciousness to the table for these tacos with a few products from my east coast friends at @tacticalories
Earlier in the day I diced up some chicken tiddies and let them rest in a bath of buttermilk, egg, and and bad hombre hot sauce. After a few hours I dredged the meat in flour, panko, and bad hombre taco seasoning to give the meat a little extra flavor. Next I fried them up and afterwards dunked the chicken into a couple sauces.
We used some hybrid flour/corn tortillas and added a scoop of cabbage cilantro slaw before piling in the chicken. I used 2 different sauce to coat the chicken. The first taco was coated in HALF COCKED Drunken Sriracha and the second was coated in VIOLENT HIPPIE Toasted Coconut & ghost pepper.
Lastly I place some chopped garden tomatoes and yellow bell peppers over the top.
Holy hell these were delicious!
