BARBACOA TACOS
For the better part of my work day I had some beef slow cooking up and by the time dinner came around I was ready to party.
With the beef shredded I grabbed some dried masa, water, red pepper flakes and worked up some fresh corn tortillas. Once the tortillas were flat and cooked I brought them back to the stove and melted some cheese to one side. Next I piled in some @yucatanguac followed by a generous helping of the barbacoa , cilantro, and some honey habanero pickled red onions made with @hi_spice island honey and habanero. For the big finale I placed a scoop of homemade habanero sauce over the top and proceeded to slay away.
