CHORIZO & REFRIED BEAN TACOS DORADOS
I had made these tacos a few days ago but I had a craving that needed to happen so here we go again.
Aftercooking and mixing together my chorizo and beans I placed a little scoop into a corn tortilla ( @elcomalproducts ) and then dropped that tortilla into a hot pan of oil for a few moments.
Once crispy, I placed each taco onto a plate with cabbage and drizzled down a layer of mexican crema. Next I piled on some pickled red onion, fresno slices and a little cotija.
I then pulled out 3 habanero flavors of @salsasmexicolindousa and dressed 3 tacos up respectively. At first I just wanted to try each sauce individually but by the end I was mixing and matching the red, green and black habanero salsas all over the tacos. Each sauce was packed full of that signature habanero flavor which is my favorite of all the peppers.
Soooooo bomb!
