BULGOGI SHORT RIB TACOS
These tacos are through and through are some of my favorites. After coming up on the short rib meat at my local @wildomargroceryoutlet I chopped it up and placed it in some @kogibbq KBBQ marinade for a few hours.
While the meat soaked I worked up a cabbage slaw with raddishes, rice vinegar, miran, sesame oil, and a little red pepper. I chopped and mixed together cilantro, green onion, white onion and lime juice. Finally I mixed up a little sour cream with red chile paste and spread it all over a few corn tortillas.
After we grilled up the short rib meat I piled it into the tortillas along with the slaw, cilantro relish, and some kimchi and shoved them down my face hole.
