CHORIZO & POTATO TACOS DORADOS

Always one of the most popular in the house. Everybody’s a sucker for the crunchyness and we love the ability to use an assortment of sauces with them.

After frying up some mashed potatos and chorizo inside some @elcomalproducts corn tortillas. After they became crispy I covered them in shredded cabbage, pickled red onions, sour cream and a copious drizzling from the @shakasauce Number 1 “Trinidad” hot sauce.

These tacos were fire!!
