CARNE ASADA TACOS WITH HOMEMADE HABANERO SAUCE.
I LOVE the Marie Sharp Belizean style Hot sauce so much that everyonce in a while I try to make it at home. I follow the recipe outlined by @mikeyvshotsauce in his Cook Book and with habanero s, carrots, garlic, and onion its becomes one heck of a sauce.
After the hab sauce was complete I grilled up a couple pounds of seasoned arracherra meat and chopped up some cilantro and red onion. Next I heated up flour tortillas on the cast iron comal and grilled up a few chunks of queso fresco.
I took those 6 items and combined them together for 1 beautiful looking and deliciously tasting taco. 😋
