We’ve been making these a lot lately because they’re so darn delicious, super easy to make and you can make a bunch to freeze then airfry back to life later.
For this round we used ground beef and seasoned it up with a spice mixture of @fireandsmokesociety wicked Winona and Texican flavors. Next I stuffed the ground beef into a corn tortilla from @elcomalproducts and fried them in corn oil.
Once crispy I drizzled on crema and piled on cilantro, pickled red onions and a ton of @mariesharpsusa Hot Habanero Pepper sauce and Red Hornet Sauce for the extreme heat.
