CHORIZO BREAKFAST TACOS
When ever dad was stumped on what to make for dinner he’d just say “F it” and make breakfast. He’d be happy to know I’ve kept that tradition alive in my house also.
Last night I cooked up chorizo and eggs along with a few chorizo smoked sausages and bacon, lots of bacon. Inside of a warm flour el comalito tortilla I piled in the egg and meats ontop of a layer of guac. Over the meats I added cilantro, onion, and crumbling queso fresco. Before ending this tacos short existence on the planet I drizzled in a few drops of the Family Reserve from @lolasfinehotsauce
Featuring red jalapenos, habaneros, and carolina reapers.
