HOMEMADE SANCHOS STYLE OG TACOS

Yesterday I came home to a package from @sanchostacos with a couple bottles of their restaurants signature sauces, CHUBBIE & 5150.

Naturally I had to give them a proper testing so I tried to recreate their classic OG Taco at home. Using some tritip meat, corn tortillas, cilantro, onion and sour cream I created the perfect taco pallet for these tasty tomatillos based sauces.

The Chubbie sauce is a sweeter mild sauce that packs a solid flavor but if you prefer things with more heat you’ll love the fire of the 5150. These Sanchos Tacos Sauces are available on their website but also at all 4 of their southern california locations.
