TACO DAY 817/1000
When we make taco dorados I like to make a bunch and freeze them for later consumption. This way when I don’t feel like whipping up a taco meal I can utilize these bad boys to get my daily tacos in.
These Dorados are packed with ground beef and i air fried them back to life before covering the tacos in sour cream, @yucatanguac chipotle corn guacamole, pickled red onions and homemade habanero hot sauce.
I made the habanero sauce last week and it taste even better a few days later. I snagged this recipe from the @mikeyvshotsauce cookbook. Sooo killer.
