CARNE ASADA TACOS w/ SALSA FRESCO
After a little garden harvest yesterday I had a solid amount of Fresno peppers and tomatoes so I concocted a pretty spicy salsa fresco with the addition of red onions, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
And whenever there’s fresh salsa I like simple tacos to follow so I grilled up a little seasoned beed flap meat. Next I warmed up my favorite flour tortillas from @elcomalproducts and stuffed them with meat and salsa.
And that’s it, some bomb diggity simple tacos.
