CHIPOTLE CHICKEN TACOS
We went back to back crunchy tacos and it was a phenomenal idea.
After slow cooking and shredding up a few chicken breasts, I returned some meat to a hot oiled pan and mixed in a couple diced chipotle peppers. Afterwards, I place the reddened chicken into a fried @elcomalproducts corn tortilla with a layer of sour cream at the bottom, the meat glue. Next I piled in some layers starting with a little salsa roja, lettuce, cheese, tomato and a few tasty drizzles of both @salsasmexicolindousa Green Habanero and Black hot sauce. 🔥 🔥 🔥
So. Darn. Good.
