SHRIMP TACOS
Had a slight craving for some waterbug tacos yesterday so we picked up skrimps at our local grocer and got to cooking.
Since the shrimp cook so quickly I first mixed and mashed together a wild guac with everything: garden tomatoes, cilantro, fresno peppers, red onion, corn, lime juice and salt.
Next I whipped up a cream sauce using sour cream, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
I seasoned them up with garlic, paprika and @kinderssauce Blackened seasoning. Then I cooked them in an oiled pan for about 3 minutes on each side before sending them to the tacos for immediate slaying.
On a flour tortilla I placed in my ingredients starting with a layer of Guacamole, the Blackened shrimp, and topped off with a little cilantro cream sauce.
