CHICKEN CEASAR TACOS

Mrs. TacoSlayer made a request recently and it was a pretty solid idea so naturally we made it happen, the chicken Ceasar taco.

The beginnings of these tacos started a few days ago when Shannon whipped up a homemade ceasar dressing. Flash forward to yesterday and the sauce was at its most flavorful so we grilled up some chicken and made it happen.

A flour tortilla with melted and crusted mozzarella cheese started these tacos off. I layer of my wife’s Ceasar dressing followed by the grilled chicken. Next I placed the lettuce in accompanied by a couple slices of avocado, fresh grated parmesan and a few slices of fresh serrano for heat.

HOLY SMOKES!!! So bomb!
