CARNE ASADA TACOS
It was a “keep it simple” kind of evening so we went with a classic round of Carne asada tacos using a little pre seasoned flap meat from our local carniceria and grilled it up at home.
I thinly chopped up some red onions and soaked them in lemon juice and @kindersflavors red garlic. Then I sliced up an avocado and cilantro and commenced the construction of these tacos.
I packed the meat, onions, cilantro, and avocado inside a few flour tortillas and finished them off with a few large squirts of @tabanero original hot sauce for increased deliciousness and heat!
Woah. So good.
