CARNE ASADA TACOS & A HOMEMADE HABANERO SAUCE
While I smoking on my Charbroil the other day I threw in the last of our garden peppers and tomatoes to for one final concoction. This time I made a pretty hot, habanero forward sauce.
Along with habaneros I also added in fresnos, jalapenos, carrots, tomatoes, onions, garlic, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar. After a couple days of resting I made some killer carne asada tacos to test it out.
The tacos consisted of grilled flap meat, onions, cilantro, avocado and a whole bunch of orange habanero heat.
Soooo good, sooooo hot
