PHILLY CHEESE STYLE TACO

A few weeks back while attending the Lake Elsinore Taco Fest, Shannon and I came across @urbentacos for the first time.

Urben Tacos is a pop up in the Inland Empire area serving up a different spin on their taco menu. One taco that blew my mind was their Philly Cheese Taco. Naturally we had to attempt it at home.

First I cooked up some seasoned ground beef and a mixture of bell peppers in assorted colors with onion. Next I combined the meat and veggies and melted in some cheese over the top and placed that bad boy into a toasted corn tortilla. I finished this taco off with some extremely hot and tasty @infernofarms Volcanus!

Definitely a killer good taco.
