Chorizo Potato & Egg Tacos
These breakfast tacos turned out so delicious and didn’t require a ton of prep.
First I tossed some chopped potatos inside the microwave for 15 min and once ready I dropped the into a hot buttered pan and fried until crispy.
I also cooked up chorizo with a few scrambled eggs and also warmed up some refried beans.
Next I spread those beans alllllllll over a couple toasted tortillas followed by a few scoops of potatoes and eggs. Then Cilantro, onions and queso fresco went into this taco but the grand finale was a few drizzles of @donwapohotsauce & @rickthorne LA ZANAHORIA GLORIA , a super rad Belizean style habanero hot sauce. So much 🔥
Also, that killer sign in the background “eat more tacos” Was made by the undeniably talented @baldjeremy
