SMOKED BRISKET TACOS
I had a plenty of 15 hour smoked brisket left over from our killer Christmas smoke out and naturally had to turn the rest into some awesome tacos.
With a few toasted flour tortillas I scooped in some guacamole and piled in some chopped up brisket. Next, we added queso fresco, cilantro, and onions. Topping these tacos off was a huge drizzling @mikeyvshotsauce roasted Jalapeno & hemp seed 512 Pot Sauce that I picked up from my favorite local sauce shop @thespicysister.ca ..
This sauce was substantial delicious and went perfect with these brisket tacos.
