BRISKET BURNT ENDS AND SALSA MACHA
My favorite part of smoking a brisket is making burnt ends from the point and these burnt ends I made for Christmas were my favorite yet. I thought a killer pairing with the sweet meats would be a batch of homemade salsa macha.
The salsa macha was made with all sorts of dried peppers, garlic, oregano, salt, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and cashews inside side avocado oil and was freaking delicious!
With the burnt ends and the salsa macha inside of a flour tortilla I simply added some cilantro and onion and slayed. I washed these bbbbbbbomb tacos down a beer candy and @tajinusa covered @drinkarizona watermelon drink. 🍉
