NYE TACO PLATE OF EPICNESS

Continuing our traditions of making a smorgasbord for the evenings New Years Eve activities  we whipped up probably the best feast yet.

On the grill I cooked some carne asada, smoked sausage, and yellow peppers with the ladder making its way into the foundation of some rather delicious tacos. Those tacos also featured a cheesed up flour tortilla, a huge scoop of salsa fresca, cotija cheese, a bacon wrapped jalapeno and a big drizzling of the bbbbombtacular @7siblingshotsauce original hot sauce that I picked up from @thespicysister.ca .

What else did I pile on that plate? Well, along with the tacos we have some brisket stuffed won tons(that’s @blackstone_griddlin
For that idear), there’s egg rolls, and SALSA MACHA DIPPED CHICKEN STRIPS!!! Those salsa macha dipped chicken strips will be making their return in a taco of their own. Just way too delicious!
