TACO DAY 900/1000
BULGOGI BRISKET TACOS
Ladies and gentlemen, we are in the final stretch of this 1000 day journey into the deliciously unknown. For day 900 we kept it low key and cooked up the rest if our brisket with some wicked @soyvay sweetness. The beef sat over a cabbage/broccoli/ citrus slaw with a @melindasfoods Sriracha cream sauce. Naturally, I doused the surface of these tacos in the TacoSlayer trinidad scorpian Hot sauce.
