CHORIZO BREAKFAST TACOS

Breakfast tacos for breakfast is a rare occasion as we usually will eat them for dinner, but when the Mrs. puts in a request we make that happen.

I mix my chorizo up with 8 eggs, how many eggs do you use?

On my tacos I stacked in a slice of thick cut bacon, cilantro, chopped red onions, queso fresco and several drops of @mariesharpsusa
Belizean Heat hot sauce to finish her off.

Washing down the heat is a little light roast in my #SENDIT cup !
