TACO DAY 903/1000

LAKE TACO – LAKE ELSINORE, CA

Years ago when the words “taco slayers” were first mumbled, we were having a taco tuesday with our friends inside one of the most friendly family run establishments in the city of Lake Elsinore . That taco spot was @laketacoo and years later I found out my buddy Arturo and his family have purchased a food truck and currently has residency at @skydiveelsinore and it is AWESOME!!

Shannon and I headed down to the airport to check it out and taste some of their bombtacular tacos. We tried their Al Pastor, carnitas, carne asada, pollo and some absolutely incredible Conchita Tacos. Each tacos was served on corn tortillas with onions, cilantro, red onions, and a variety of their homemade sauce.

If you find yourself in Lake Elsinore for a sky dive or to visit the DeLong Dairy I suggest you take a second to drop by Lake Taco.
