TACOS DORADOS

It seemed like it was time for another weekly round of our favorite ground beef tacos dorados. Luckily I had another pack of wagyu ground beef that would once again suit these tacos perfectly.

After seasoning up the ground beef with @meatchurch Fajita spices I place the meat into an @elcomalproducts corn tortilla and into a pan of hot oil. Once crispy I coated the surface on mexican creama and cotija along with some pickled cabbage and onions before drizzling on the very tasty @donwapohotsauce DRAGON’S BREATH Hot Sauce. This Dragons breath is the kind of sauce that I could slay a whole bottle in one taco session, it went perfect with these tacos.
