6 PACK OF CHICKEN TAQUITOS

Another version of tacos dorados were had last night and they turned out phenomenal!

After rolling up my leftover chicken in some corn tortillas, I dropped them into hot oil until crispy. Once my half dozen is was completed I piled them onto a pile of vinegar and lime juice soaked cabbage. I added in a layer of mexican creama, cotija, and some pickled red onions/serranos. Next I pulled out one of my Christmas gifts and popped it open and drizzled on some @hank_sauce herb infused hot sauce over the top.
