GOBERNADOR TACOS W/ CUTINO HOT SAUCE
These could potentially be one of the best tacos I’ve had in 1000 days. These tacos are famous for their combination of shrimp, cheese and poblano and holy smokes!
I started off these tacos by mixing up some masa for my tortillas and while it rested I sliced up some onions and began to carmalize them. Over an open flame I blackened up a couple poblanos until completely charred over and threw them into a bag and let them steam until the skin fell off the pepper. Afterwards i diced up the poblanos and placed them in with the onions and added chopped tomatoes also.
Next we coated a pound of shrimp in @mccormickspice seasoned tempura batter and placed the shrimps into hot oil until golden.
Once my masa was ready, I flattened out a few tortillas and cooked them up. After they were done I dropped them into a pan and melted cheese to their surface.
And next, we built the taco. I added in the pepper concoction, the tempura skrimps and a lite coating of chipotle cream before I drizzled in some EXCELLENT TASTING ghost pepper hot sauce from @cutinosauce and BOOOOM, The perfect taco!
All these CUTINO sauces are hand crafted and look absolutely tasty. Looking forward to trying the rest out. Thanks guys!!
