TACO DAY 911/1000

TACOS DE CANASTA or TACOS AL VAPOR

Steamed Tacos were on the menu yesterday which meant I had the opportunity to learn to make something new.

I started by making my taco filling which was tasty mixture of potatoes and chorizo. Afterwards I stuffed a few @elcomalproducts
Corn tortillas with the mixture and placed them in an aluminum/ butcher paper lined basked with onions and a hot oil. After filling the basket up I sealed it off and let the tacos enjoy the sauna while I prepped cabbage, red onions and salsas. I also popped open a can of pickled jalapenos and carrots to level up these tacos.

Once these tacos were done, I piled all the ingredients inside and drizzled in a few drops of my TacoSlayer trinidad scorpian Hotsauce.

Holy smokes! Freaking Delicious!!!
