GRILLED CHICKEN BULGOGI TACOS
Usually I make bulgogi tacos with beef but I’m glad I switched to chicken because these turned out tasty!!
These bulgogi tacos need a good cabbage slaw to crisp up the taco. I mixed a little green cabbage with red cabbage and added red wine vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, miran, and a couple drops of sesame oil and let it sit while I fired up the grill.
After I grilled up a few pounded and seasoned chicken breasties I sliced them up and tossed them in a bowl of sweet bulgogi sauce.
The 2 main components of my tacos came together on a toasted flour tortilla brushed with @eatluckyfoods Seoul kimchi mayo. After placing in the slaw and chicken I sprinkled in a little lime soaked cilantro and onions followed by a drizzle of @kpopfoods XXX chile sauce and sesame seeds.
